Introduction

Before making a reservation of a transport with TRANSPORTE COYOACAN you must ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions established in this document. If you do not understand any of the conditions, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service before proceeding with any reservation, sending your query to the email that appears at the beginning of this document in the Contact Details section.

If you do not agree in any way with the conditions detailed herein, you should not make any reservation with us.

Our Company has organized a passenger transport service through rental vehicles with driver. It has the proper VTC type transport authorizations issued by the General Directorate of Transport, in addition to having an extensive network of collaborating carriers for the execution of the transport services required by its customers.

COYOACAN acts as a reservation manager in order to facilitate and organize the provision of services, and beyond the amount of the specific service in question, it will not have any responsibility for the conditions of satisfaction of the services, being directly responsible for the correct provision of each service the carrier providing it; All this in accordance with the regulations established at all times by the competent authorities in the official regulation of the service in the corresponding territorial scope. All vehicles must have the administrative licenses and compulsory insurance required by the regulations and legislation in force at all times in Spain.

By formalizing your reservation you confirm that you have read, understand, accept these conditions, and also; You confirm that you have the capacity and legal authority to accept these General Conditions on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your companions. Therefore, you will be responsible for making the appropriate payments and notifying us of any modification, cancellation, incident and complaint or claim.

We reserve the right to transfer or subcontract at any time with third parties some or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.

Service Request

To request a service you must follow the application procedure set out on our website. All requests must be made at least in advance, ranging from 8 to 72 hours depending on the starting area of the service and the type of vehicle required. It is possible that the system does not allow you to make your reservation if you try to do it less than expected and considered necessary for the organization of the required transport.

All accepted requests are formalized by sending a Travel Voucher to the email address you have provided. The moment we send you such confirmation is when the binding contract comes into force. The date of the contract will be the one that appears as the date of shipment of the Travel Voucher.

When you receive the Travel Voucher it is extremely important that you check that all data is correct and error-free.

We decline all responsibility for errors or inconsistencies that you may commit when filling in the reservation form or failure to communicate complete and truthful information during the reservation process. We cannot guarantee any assessment of suitability on your service requests or the schedules chosen by you and we will not be responsible for the choice of the type of vehicle you make, since its processing could be carried out by automated procedures. In case you detect any error, you must notify us immediately for rectification. Consult in this same document the sections related to modification and / or cancellation of reservations.

In the Travel Voucher that you must receive, you will find our travel assistance telephone number, available 24 hours a day. We will attend you in Spanish or English, in case of any unforeseen event that may occur during your trip. You must print the Travel Voucher and give it to the driver or show it to him on an electronic device.

The contracting of the service implies the acceptance of these Conditions.

Location Data

One of the features of the App involves the collection and use of your location data. We want to provide you with a seamless and personalized experience, and your location helps us achieve that. Here's how we use your location data:

  • Enhanced Functionality: We use your location to enhance the functionality of the App. This includes providing you with location-based services and features, such as finding nearby points of interest, businesses, events, and more.
  • Improved Accessibility: Knowing your location allows us to tailor the content and recommendations you see within the App to better suit your geographic preferences. This ensures that the information you receive is relevant and useful to you.
  • Enhanced Mapping: We use your location to improve your access to maps and navigation services. This can assist you in finding directions, tracking your routes, and discovering nearby places.
  • Your Consent: By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in this Privacy Policy. You can control and manage your location preferences through the settings on your device. Please note that if you choose to disable location services, certain features of the App may be limited or unavailable.
  • Data Security: We take data security seriously. Your location data and other personal information are protected with industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • Disclosure to Third Parties: We do not sell, lease, or trade your location data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may, however, share your location data with service providers and partners to deliver the services you expect from us.

Data Collection in Taxi Service App 

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our users' personal information. We do not share, sell, or disclose any collected user data to third parties, including advertisers or other service providers, without explicit consent from the user, except as required by law or legal process.

Any information collected through our taxi service app, including but not limited to location data, contact information, and payment details, is solely used for the purpose of providing and improving our services to users. This information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is accessed only by authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

We understand the importance of user privacy and adhere to strict measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Users can trust that their information is securely stored and used responsibly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This amendment is effective immediately upon publication and applies to all users of our taxi service app.

Request for extra services

During the booking process you are offered the possibility of requesting special services or extra services, such as baby seat, booster seats, additional stops, or the transport of golf equipment, bicycles, skis, pets, etc. In the extraordinary case in which the carrier could not meet your request for extra service at the time of providing the service, you will be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts that you could have paid in advance corresponding to the extra services not enjoyed. If the non-availability of the extra services is informed to you prior to the date of provision of the service, you will have the right to cancel the reservation and refund the amounts that you could have paid in advance, without cancellation fees being applied.

The services with destination in two different terminals of the same airport will have extra cost of extra stop, and you must include in your reservation the extra cost of extra stop.

For services departing from an airport where you and accompanying passengers arrive on different flights through different terminals, you must include in your booking the extra stop charge and you must make your reservation according to the details of the last flight on which the passengers are scheduled to arrive. It will be this last flight that will be taken into consideration for all purposes, which determines the actual time of the collection and on which the free waiting time is counted. Then they will transfer with the driver to the other terminal to pick up the rest of the group. The additional waiting times that may occur will involve an extra cost that you must pay directly to the carrier.

The hiring of the extra service of collection / delivery of keys includes a stop within the route that must be in the same municipality of origin or destination of the journey. The driver's waiting time will be five minutes. If the stop exceeds this waiting time or the stop is made in a municipality other than the one of origin or destination, you must pay an extra amount to the driver.

Prices and prepayment

During the booking process you can see the exact prices in Euros € that you will have to pay for the services. They are established taking into account the type of service, the type of vehicle, the place of start (one) and the place of completion (one), the date and time of start and the guarantee offered, among other concepts. These prices are fixed and are guaranteed from the moment you receive your Travel Voucher, without being affected by the hypothetical upward or downward price modifications that we would have to introduce between the moment you make the reservation and the moment of completion of the service.

The prices include the cost of providing transport, supplements, 24-hour attention by our staff, assistance when appropriate from our guides or representatives at airports, stations, etc., the indicated waits, the management of reservations, tolls (if any), business profit and VAT in force.

The amounts for the services of Excursions, City Tours, Dinners and Lunches, Shopping Tours, Events or Provisions or others, only include the realization of the transport by the vehicle and the driver, not being included other services such as tourist guides, the purchase of tickets to venues or any other type of purchase, meals, accommodation, parking, tolls, etc.

Tips

The amount of the services does not include any amount as tips, nor are you obliged to offer them to drivers, assistants, guides or any other person participating in the provision of the service. In case you offer them, it will be exclusively of your own volition, having received an excellent service, but without having to feel obliged or forced in any way.

Payment methods, receipt of payment and advance payment

The accepted forms of payment are: through the platforms PayPal AND / OR STRIPE

  • VISA or MasterCard card we guarantee that each of the transactions made in the Name of TRANSPORTE COYOACAN is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. TRANSPORTE COYOACAN uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Bank.In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a "secured" card you can always make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store. In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers with seniority and reliability previously demonstrated. In both cases, when paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
  • Direct payment to the driver The payment must be made directly to the carrier providing the service. The option of direct payment to the conduit is not accepted in the case of pick-ups at airports or stations. If you choose to make the payment directly to the driver you will receive or may demand a receipt or proof of payment that will be delivered by the driver on behalf of the transport company providing the service. Fiscally you will have made the payment to said transport company, being TRANSPORTE COYOACAN outside said economic operation, except when the service is carried out with its own vehicles. Exceptionally and at the discretion of TRANSPORTE COYOACAN we reserve the right to demand the advance payment of any service before the realization of the same, being able to unilaterally cancel the reservation in case you do not agree to pay in advance.

Contact

TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will ensure at all times that the carriers offer you the best possible service and attention. At the beginning of this document appear the different forms of contact with us.

All communications we have with you must be made by email. For this reason we recommend that before starting your trip consult your email to verify that there have been no modifications or cancellations in your reservation. Notifications will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking process.

In the event that you change your email or contact telephone number, you must notify us immediately so that we can establish contact with you for any question related to your service.

During the realization of your trip you have our telephone service telephone that you will find in the Travel Voucher. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day, attending you in Spanish or English, to try to solve any unforeseen event in your service.

Modifications to the reservation

Any request for modification in your reservation must be sent in writing to our email address reservaciones@trasladosejecutivos.es

No change will be effective until we receive it and confirm to you, by email, that we can make the requested modification. You can make modifications up to four hours before the time set for the start of the service.

If you request any change that implies a modification in the price (vehicle size, new destination, extras, etc.), you must pay the difference between what you could have paid in advance and the new final price.

If the modification of your reservation entails a reduction of the initial price, you will be refunded the difference, as long as you request the modification prior to the limits established above.

The changes that are requested will be subject to the confirmation of the carrier according to the availability that may have.

The modifications that you request and that it is not possible to accept, may entail the cancellation of the reservation, being in such a situation also subject to the conditions indicated in this same document in the Cancellations section.

Cancellations

Any request for cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing to our reservaciones@trasladosejecutivos.es address and will have the following general cancellation costs:

  • No charges when the cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the start time of the service.
  • A maximum of one hundred percent (100%) of the total price of the service when the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before the start time of the service.

Certain operations of services of a special or bulky nature in terms of the number of vehicles to be used or in long-distance trips, must be canceled with a longer notice so as not to incur cancellation fees if it had been communicated by us.

In the event that, exceptionally and for reasons beyond our control or due to overbooking, we are forced not to process or cancel your reservation, you will be refunded the full amount that you could have paid in advance. Before starting your trip you should check your email to verify that there have been no modifications or cancellations in your reservation. Notifications will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking process.

Carrier waiting times

If you have any problems you should contact TRANSPORTE COYOACAN urgently. However, in all services you will have a certain free waiting time depending on the place where the service starts:

  • At airports, sixty (60) minutes from the time of landing of the flight indicated in your reservation.
  • In Cruise Ports, sixty (60) minutes from the time indicated in your reservation.
  • At train or bus stations, thirty (30) minutes from the time indicated in your reservation.
  • In homes, hotels or similar, in offices or in any other place not described in the previous points, ten (10) minutes from the time indicated in your reservation

Once these waiting times have elapsed without you having appeared, the service will be considered as a NO SHOW and will be terminated without you being entitled to a refund of the amounts you could have paid in advance. However, before removing the vehicle and terminating your service, directly or through our carriers or collaborators, we will try to contact you on the telephone number that you have provided us in your reservation. If it is not possible to talk to you, because you do not answer, or because your phone is out of coverage, or because the answering machine jumps or the connection fails or for any other reason that makes it impossible to talk to you, we will terminate the service without you being entitled to a refund of the amounts you could have paid in advance.

In case of NO SHOW you must pay the full amount of the service, even if the payment method was direct payment to the driver, within a maximum period of seven days from the date of the service.

Delays and cancellations in the arrival of planes, trains and ships

You will have the right to have your service start time changed as a result of delays in the means of transport (planes, trains and boats) with which you must arrive at the starting point of our service. These modifications due to delays will have no management fees and will be free of charge for you.

You must inform us from the airports or stations or ports of origin, as soon as you detect delays, so that we can modify and adjust the start time of our service to the new estimated time for your arrival.

Within the organization of transport, we make the greatest possible efforts to try to anticipate the circumstances caused by delays in the arrival of flights at the airports where the provision of services should begin. However, the information is limited to that made public by the managing body of the airport grounds and this is not always or at all times as accurate and fast as we would like, the obligation of the passenger to inform of the delays that occur in his trip prevails if they have to prevent him from arriving at the meeting point at the time scheduled in his reservation with us.

If you could not reach the starting point of our service due to cancellation of your flight by the airline and prior notice prior to the start time of the service established in your reservation, you will have the right to request the refund of the amounts that you could have paid in advance, having to provide proof or reliable proof of said cancellation. The same treatment will be obtained and the same procedure must be followed by customers who must arrive with trains or boats.

Places of departure of transports / meeting points

In order to facilitate the meeting with passengers, drivers or guides will carry a sign with the name of the passenger or name of the group to which the reservation has been made.

The collection of passengers will always be made at the place, date and place of meeting established in your reservation. Unless we provide you with specifically different information, the meeting places will be the following:

  • At airports, inside the terminal, at the passenger departure of the flight indicated in your reservation, just where passengers converge with non-passengers and which is the point where it is usual for family members and drivers of arranged services to wait.
  • In  the stations, inside the station, at the passenger exit door of the corresponding train, right where it is usual for relatives and drivers of arranged services to wait.
  • In hotels and similar, at the reception of the establishment or at the door of the building if there is no reception.
  • In homes, hospitals, offices and other places not indicated above, at the door or in the nearest place where it is possible to park the vehicle.

All this in accordance with compliance with the rules established in each area or area, especially in ports and airports, on which, in some cases, there may be permanent, temporary or specific restrictions or limitations; in terms of access and parking. In such circumstances, passengers must necessarily adapt to them in order to start the transport service and contact us by telephone if they have any difficulties.

Some exceptional circumstances, such as works, traffic cuts, sporting or cultural events, demonstrations, physical characteristics of the vehicle, accessibility to the place, etc. may make it impossible for the vehicle to access the requested collection location. In these situations, we will contact the telephone number indicated in the reservation to inform you of the nearest point where you will be able to meet your driver.

For reasons motivated, related to drivers and vehicle safety, you may refuse to get into the vehicles to start the trip, if, at your discretion, there are circumstances that you consider unsatisfactory or inappropriate. The start-up of the vehicle without your opposition and the consequent start of the trip will be a sign of your agreement.

If you can't find your driver

In any case, if you do not manage to meet the driver or do not see the vehicle at the starting point of the service, you must contact TRANSPORTE COYOACAN to help you meet the driver and start the trip. The breach by you of this precept will entail the non-acceptance of any subsequent claim or any compensation or compensation, even in the event that you choose to take other ways to travel to your destination, assuming on your part the non-appearance of the driver. In this case you will be obliged to pay in full for the service within a maximum period of seven days from the date of the service.

We will try to inform you with the greatest diligence or by the possible means of any incident that affects the normal development of your service.

Right of admission

Neither TRANSPORTE COYOACAN nor the drivers accept any responsibility for the additional expenses incurred by you or your group, in the event that the driver considers it necessary not to start the service, interrupt it and terminate it even without having reached its destination, as a result of non-compliance with the following rules:

  • No passenger may travel under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • The consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited during the performance of the services.
  • It is not allowed to eat, smoke or consume alcoholic beverages inside the vehicles.
  • All passengers must travel with their seat belts fastened.
  • The conduct or behaviour of no passenger may in any way affect the safety of the driver or other occupants of the vehicle.
  • It will be forbidden to transport luggage, belongings or clothes that could dirty or deteriorate any part of the vehicle, those that could represent a decrease in visibility or safety, as well as explosive, corrosive, flammable and any others that may be prohibited by current regulations.

In such circumstances you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts that you could have paid in advance and will be obliged to pay the full amount of the service and to compensate for the damages that may be caused.

Travel voucher

Once the booking process has been completed, you will have received the Travel Voucher with your confirmation at the email address entered during the booking process. You must print it and take it with you during your trip. If two hours after booking you have not received your Travel Voucher, please contact our Customer Service Department in case there is any problem or technical incident.

Before starting the trip you must give the driver the Travel Voucher or show it on an electronic device. In case of not doing so, the driver could terminate the service without the possibility of you recovering any amount you had paid in advance.

You must also carry your ID or passport as it may be required by the competent authorities.

Route and places of transport

The driver will choose the most appropriate route to take you to your destination, without necessarily having to be the shortest, nor will it have to be by a route that includes the payment of tolls. If you prefer to be taken to your destination by a longer route, you will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise.

Although the carrier will have the starting and destination places that you entered in the process of your reservation, to avoid confusion you must confirm them with the driver before starting the trip, being your responsibility any error, interpretation or confusion in this regard.

Upon arrival at the destination area, the driver will leave you as close as possible to your accommodation or destination, taking into account the physical characteristics of the vehicle, the accessibility to the destination and the circumstances concurrent at that time in the area.

Luggage

You have the right to transport the suitcases or similar that you carry with you during your trip. The volume of baggage included in each service will be limited to the capacity of the contracted vehicle. You must bear in mind that we only use vehicles authorized by the competent public authority for the transport of passengers, it being understood therefore that the vehicles comply with the measures, spaces for luggage and requirements for the transport of passengers and their luggage. The alternative means or additional vehicles that he had to use for the transport of excess luggage will be at the customer's expense.

As a guide, the approximate capacity of vehicles, tourism type, up to 4 seats plus driver is two large suitcases or three medium. It is considered as a large suitcase that whose maximum measures are 80x50x30 centimeters and a maximum weight of 20 kilograms, which, in any case, represents a maximum weight of 40 kilograms of luggage if the contracted vehicle is of those of up to 4 seats plus driver. Vehicles with a number of seats greater than four plus driver, have an approximate capacity of one large suitcase per passenger.

You will be responsible at all times for your luggage and belongings, even having the right to place them personally in the compartments destined for this purpose in the vehicles and not to admit the start of the trip until the luggage is placed satisfactorily at your discretion. The start-up of the vehicle and the consequent start of the trip without your opposition will represent that the trip begins with your agreement and under your sole responsibility in relation to the luggage traveling in the vehicle.

The carrier and TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will be exempt from any responsibility for any breakage, deterioration or damage to your luggage and those of your companions, including damage or breakage that may occur during the loading or unloading maneuvers thereof, even in the event that you decline the possibility of performing it or supervising it personally and these maneuvers are carried out by the driver or auxiliary personnel without your opposition.

You will also be responsible for removing all your belongings from the vehicle once the service is finished, leaving us and the carrier providing it totally exonerated from any subsequent liability in relation to possible or presumed objects forgotten in the vehicle.

Pets

Pets or companion animals are your sole responsibility and as such you must ensure at all times for their welfare and health. They must always travel in a container that complies with IATA regulations, just like for traveling on airplanes. The transport of pets is subject to availability and an additional cost that you must include as an extra in the process of your reservation. In case of not including the transport of your pet or pet as an extra or not complying with the required safety conditions, the driver may cancel your service without the customer being entitled to a refund of the amounts that could have been paid in advance.

You will be responsible at all times for your pets, even having the right to place them personally in the cabins intended for this purpose in the vehicles and not to admit the start of the trip until your pet is placed satisfactorily at your discretion. The start-up of the vehicle and the consequent start of the trip without your opposition will represent that the trip begins with your agreement and under your sole responsibility.

The carrier and TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will be exempt from any responsibility for any damage that your pet may suffer during loading or unloading maneuvers, even in the event that you decline the possibility of performing it or supervising it personally and these maneuvers are carried out by the driver or auxiliary personnel without your opposition.

You will also be responsible for removing your pet from the vehicle once the service is finished, leaving us and the carrier providing it totally exonerated from any subsequent responsibility in relation to possible or presumed forgetfulness of your pet in the vehicle.

Minors

The holder of the reservation must be a person of legal age.

Regardless of their age, minors count as a place in any type of service or type of vehicle. You must ensure that the vehicle you book with us has a number of seats equal to or greater than the figure resulting from adding the number of adults and the number of children and babies.

Depending on the country and type of trip, the safety rules in this regard are different. In Spain it is mandatory for minors to travel with approved child restraint devices being the responsibility of the parents or guardians. We recommend that you carry with you the child restraint system with which you and your children are familiar. If you do not wish to travel with your own child restraint system, during the booking process we offer you the possibility to book it as an extra service at an additional cost.

If it is not possible to meet your request for children's devices in the area or type of vehicle required, we will inform you prior to the completion of the service, in which case you may request the cancellation of the reservation and the refund of all the amounts that you could have paid in advance for the service without cancellation fees being applied.

In the event that at the time of starting the service the carrier could not dispose of the child restraint devices requested by you or in the event that they do not comply with the corresponding approval standards, you may decline to use the service and request the reimbursement of all the amounts that you could have paid in advance for the service without cancellation fees being applied.

In any case, it will be your responsibility to place the children and anchor the child restraint systems, and may require that the trip not begin until you have completed the process to your satisfaction. The start of the vehicle and the consequent start of the trip without your opposition, will represent that the trip begins with your agreement and under your sole responsibility in relation to the minors traveling with you in the vehicle.

Customer Responsibility

By making a reservation with us, you:

  • Understands and accepts the general conditions and undertakes to pay for the requested service.
  • You understand and accept that you must notify TRANSPORTE COYOACAN of any variation that affects your reservation and the service in the terms and deadlines detailed in this document.
  • That the service will be carried out in accordance with the details that you have provided in the booking process and under the Conditions established in this document.
  • That you have the obligation to verify that all the data that appear on the Travel Voucher are correct and that, in case you have made an error, you must notify it in writing at least 4 hours before the start time of the service in order to make the corresponding modification. And that, if you do not do so, TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will not be responsible for the possible damages that may occur.
  • You agree that if your actions, or those of other persons traveling with you, cause any damage during the performance of the service, you will be primarily responsible for possible compensation for damages caused to the carrier or third parties.
  • You agree that you will need to carry all necessary documentation with you to cross borders. That neither we nor the carrier will be responsible or accept any charges incurred (including waiting times longer than those established) due to your failure to carry the necessary documentation or if you do not comply with the rules of customs, police, tax authority or administration of the countries for which entry is requested. That the Travel Voucher is not considered a valid document to obtain visas. And that, in the event that TRANSPORTE COYOACAN or the carrier had to face a deposit or economic fine to the competent authorities as a result of your failure to comply with the laws, regulations or any other requirement imposed by the countries you wish to access, that you want to leave or through which you are going to transit. In these cases you agree to immediately return these amounts to us, having the right to withhold any sum of money that belongs to you and that we may retain until you make the payment in full.
  • You undertake to comply with any other precept indicated in these General Conditions.

Estimated duration and distances of trips

In the booking process we may provide you with an approximate duration of the trip, without this representing an inexcusable commitment of execution for us or for the driver. This information is provided only as a guide and in the best traffic conditions, in light vehicles with four free seats and without foreseeing any type of incident on the trip. In general, trips made in vehicles of greater capacity will have a longer duration, taking into account that, in addition, some vehicles have greater speed restrictions.

In services to airports, stations, ports or other places where you must connect with other means of transport, you must make sure to make your reservation by setting the start time of our ground service with enough time to arrive comfortably at your destination.

The prices of the services will also be unchanged, without you having to pay extra amounts, due to the fact that the circumstances of the traffic suppose a greater or lesser duration of the trip. In the same way, possible delays in arriving at the place of completion of the service caused by traffic circumstances, tracks, or other concurrent causes during the performance of the service, including possible losses of connection with other means of transport such as planes, trains, ships, etc. will not be attributable to TRANSPORTE COYOACAN or the carrier providing the service.

Vehicle types and vehicle change

In all the proposed vehicles, the indicated seats are referred to the number of free seats available to you, being therefore the capacity of the vehicle the number of indicated seats plus that of the driver.

Depending on the city or area where the service must start, we usually offer up to three categories of vehicles (car, private and luxury) in the segments of up to 4 seats and up to 7 seats, so you can choose the one that best suits your tastes or preferences on each occasion.

The "Luxury Car" type vehicles are rental cars with driver (transport authorizations of the VTC type). They are vehicles of the brand Mercedes Benz – Class E, or of similar or higher category; Dark color with high-end finishes and professional chauffeur.

Private Car vehicles are rental cars with driver (VTC type transport authorizations). They are not taxis, nor are they labeled, nor do they carry badges, although they are of lower category than the luxury car. The most common brands in this category of vehicles are Volkswagen, Peugeot, Skoda, etc.

The vehicles included in the "Car" category are also "Private Car" type vehicles but depending on the availability of vehicles we expressly reserve the possibility of providing the service with a taxi-type vehicle. In this case the amount to be paid by you will be the one established in the reservation, being at our expense the differences that may exist with the final amount of the taximeter of the taxi.

In any of the three categories, drivers are trusted and professionals specialized in this type of service, with experience, training and an ideal operating regime to offer you the best conditions of satisfaction in your trips.

The vehicles called minivan usually have a capacity of up to seven passengers plus the driver and in many cities or areas we also offer the possibility of booking vehicles of different categories so that you can choose the one that best suits your tastes or preferences on each occasion.

For reasons of operability and availability, we reserve the possibility of providing the service with vehicles of higher category or of different capacities in number of seats than you would have actually reserved, or even with two vehicles at the same time traveling the separate group, without this implying an extra cost for you or a decrease in the price indicated in your reservation.

Punctuality guarantee

We will ensure and put all the means at our disposal for the correct provision of services by carriers, and especially in achieving maximum punctuality at the beginning of them. However, the maximum admissible delay is established in 15 minutes on the start time of the service, determining that the services that start with a longer delay will be carried out by TRANSPORTE COYOACAN free of charge in compensation for the damages caused to the client. In such circumstances, you must contact TRANSPORTE COYOACAN from the place of start of the service to verify the delay that was occurring and then request the refund of the amount of the service by providing the Travel Voucher with indication of the driver's arrival time.

We will be exempt from this penalty when the delay or non-appearance occurs due to force majeure.

Causes of force majeure

Neither we nor the local carriers can guarantee or hold you responsible for the damages that you may suffer as a result of extraordinary situations that may occur before or during the provision of services, such as: accidents or breakdowns and delays that may arise as a result, controls or police operations that slow down circulation,  acts of vandalism or terrorism, acts of protest, demonstrations and riots, strikes, traffic cuts due to the passage of motorcades, unforeseen dangers on the road, acts of governments or competent public authorities, natural disasters or catastrophes, fires and adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond our control.

Some exceptional circumstances, such as; Works, traffic cuts, celebration of sporting or cultural events, demonstrations, physical characteristics of the vehicle, accessibility to the place, etc. may make it impossible for the vehicle to access the requested place of collection or destination, making the collection or completion of the service in the nearest possible place.

All situations described or other analogous will be considered as force majeure, without giving rise to compensation or compensation for the damages or inconveniences caused to you or your companions.

Complaints and claims

If at any time, during the course of the service, you detect any problem with the provision of the same, you must notify us immediately by the means indicated in the heading. We will investigate the issue and try to fix it right away. If we are not notified at that time, our ability to investigate the matter complained of will be affected, as will your rights to make a complaint or obtain a satisfactory resolution. Taking this into consideration, any complaint or claim regarding the service must be made in writing by email to reservaciones@trasladosejecutivos.es within a period of time not exceeding 15 calendar days from the date of completion of the service, having the right to obtain a response from us within a period not exceeding another 15 calendar days.

TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will be exempt from any claim that occurs in relation to the non-appearance or non-availability of the vehicle in the place, date and time scheduled for the start of the service, if it does not receive notification from you at that precise moment, or even in the event that you choose to take other ways to travel to your destination,  presupposing on its part the non-appearance of the driver.

TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will not be responsible in any way for any service that may be contracted directly with carriers or drivers. We also decline any responsibility in case you make modifications to a reservation directly with the drivers about the services contracted with TRANSPORTE COYOACAN and do not inform us directly and in writing through the means of contact indicated in the heading.

Vehicle insurance

In Spain, all vehicles intended for the public passenger transport service have the corresponding insurance in accordance with current regulations, with the competent public bodies carrying out the appropriate control measures.

During your transfer you will be covered by the insurance of the vehicle with which the transport is being carried out.

By formalizing your reservation you admit that TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will not be responsible for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind that you or your companions may suffer, and must carry out any claim directly with the carrier providing the service or that can be covered by the terms of your own insurance.

TRANSPORTE COYOACAN will only accept responsibility for claims that you may make as a result of our own negligence in the management and organization of your reservations. The rest of the questions will be transmitted to the carrier providing the service to try to find a solution, which we will try to make as friendly as possible.

Passenger Travel Insurance

Your travel itinerary probably involves different operators and means of transport that you may have contracted directly or indirectly. For your safety and guarantee, we recommend that you take out a Travel Insurance or Vacation Insurance policy with an accredited insurance company, which covers you and other travelers for cancellations of reservations and includes coverage for accident or illness (including medical assistance and repatriation), bankruptcy of suppliers,  loss or damage to your luggage, loss of cash, as well as other expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once our service is finished, you may receive our service evaluation questionnaire. This document serves TRANSPORTE COYOACAN to implement a constant improvement in the service that entails a benefit in subsequent trips for you or for other customers. You expressly authorize us to transmit the information you have provided us in the booking process to those involved in the performance of the service and to the competent authorities.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

If any section of these terms and conditions becomes or is declared void or unlawful, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision or condition will be deemed deleted, but the rest of the conditions will remain in full force and effect.

These general conditions, as well as any relationship between TRANSPORTE COYOACAN or the local carriers and the client will be governed by Spanish legislation. In the event of any discrepancy arising from the existence, content and / or interpretation of these General Conditions or any relationship between TRANSPORTE COYOACAN and you, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Spain.
